ALPHA HOME INSPECTIONS, LLC (AHI) specializes in conducting comprehensive visual inspections of your home and property (from the roof and attic to the basement and foundation—and every floor in between). The onsite survey takes about 4 hours. Though not mandatory, we strongly encourage the client to walk the property with us as we examine, with strict attention to detail, and from multi-faceted points of view, the physical dwelling structure. The inspection includes walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; all related home systems (heating, air conditioning[if applicable], interior plumbing, and electrical); exterior factors like siding, gutters, downspouts; and even the topography of the land itself relative to the structure.
In addition, ALPHA HOME INSPECTIONS, LLC prepares a comprehensive (35-plus pages) confidential report exclusively for the client, including color photographs. The document contains a report overview, the scope of the inspection, the individual areas and components of the inspection, a summary report, and additional information relevant to the home and property examination.
ALPHA HOME INSPECTIONS, LLC is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors ), as well as the (Colorado) Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI. Founded in 1976, ASHI’s membership is comprised of independent, professional home inspectors committed to conducting their inspections in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
